Detailers Of Sarasota Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Detailers of Sarasota (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional auto detailing and related services to our clients (“you” or “customer”).
By scheduling, booking, or receiving any service from Detailers of Sarasota, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
Services Provided
Detailers of Sarasota provides professional vehicle detailing and protection services, including:

Exterior and interior detailing

Paint correction and polishing
-
Ceramic coating applications
-
Mobile detailing services in Sarasota and surrounding areas
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if the vehicle’s condition, environment, or other factors prevent safe or proper service delivery.
Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service package.

A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

Final payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional charges may apply for unforeseen labor, product usage, or customer-requested changes once work has begun.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

Disclose known issues with paint, coatings, or prior bodywork.

Make the vehicle accessible at the time of service.

Remove all personal items from the vehicle.

Follow all aftercare or maintenance recommendations provided by Detailers of Sarasota.
We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing damage, prior treatments, or improper maintenance after service.
Water & Power
Our mobile units are self-contained and bring their own water and power supply.
No customer utilities are required unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Liability
We take pride in performing every service with care and professionalism.
However:

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service unless otherwise required by Florida law.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior coating reactions, or wear revealed during service.

We are not liable for damage caused by environmental exposure (such as bird droppings, UV rays, or road debris) after the vehicle leaves our care.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with supporting photos if applicable.
Warranties

Detailers of Sarasota does not offer implied warranties.

Any warranty coverage for ceramic coatings or protection products is governed by the manufacturer’s official warranty terms, if applicable.

Proper maintenance is required to keep any manufacturer warranty valid.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Refunds, when applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on whether work or preparation has begun.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for scheduling, communication, and service follow-up.
We do not share or sell personal information except as required by law.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be handled in accordance with Florida law and within the jurisdiction of Sarasota County.

Detailers of Sarasota may update or modify this Agreement at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
