4. Pricing and Payments

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether work or preparation has started.

6. Liability and Limitations

Detailers of Sarasota takes pride in delivering high-quality work. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, wear, or prior coating issues.
Issues resulting from improper vehicle care after service.
Environmental damage such as bird droppings, UV exposure, tree sap, or road debris.

Unless otherwise required by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Disclose all known issues with paint, coatings, or previous repairs.
Make your vehicle available at the scheduled time and location.
Remove personal belongings prior to service.
